Cairo Amman Bank led the way to the future of Digital Transformation by implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM and CX solutions in their locations in Jordan and Palestine, in means to optimize and streamline their back-office operations while reducing process times, supporting multiple business lines, minimizing errors and enhancing operational insight.
The project aimed at providing full automation, optimization and integration of the business cycles for Financials, Supply Chain, Projects, Human Resources and Customer Experience. As well as unifying and enhancing the process across all locations in Jordan and Palestine to facilitate a timely and accurate decision-making process through the automatic, connected cloud-based tools.
