Bayanat was proudly chosen by Bank Al-Etihad to provide Oracle Applications Consulting and Extension Services to complete, enhance and extend their current Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solution.
Bank Al-Etihad decision to complete and optimize their current Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation came in-line with their direction to optimize their back-end operations, empower their employees and better orchestrate the overall Employee Journey at the Bank.
Through this partnership, Bayanat were able to provide the Bank with quick fixes that offer no business disruption at any point in time; reliable, simplified assessments, pre-tested enhancement procedures and tailored extensions, together with aligned employee proficiency enrichment programs.
The project included the full stack of Bayanat Consulting Service Offering, starting with Assessment, Enhancement, Extension all the way through Training and Support. The team’s efforts were geared up towards completing and operating the current Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation while applying best practices for optimized processes. In addition, the solution was extended through implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud Goal and Performance to further complement the Bank’s HCM operation.
