Bayanat successfully implemented and customized Oracle Fusion Cloud CX for Bank of Jordan, where the Bank were looking for a comprehensive, integrated Customer Experience platform to offer their customers a more personalized, collaborative experience that caters for their rather intelligent, high-tech demands.
The Solution was aimed at enhancing the Bank’s market position while applying the latest technologies to support their ambitious Digital Transformation vision and meet their business goals.
