A centralized Decision Support System that is used by Social Solidarity and National Aid Fund Commissions to promote Poverty Alleviation and efficient Resource Allocation.
The solution works on properly coordinating and integrating national efforts to prevent wasteful and redundant funding practices across the nation. Bayanat NAAS provides comprehensive set of analytical tools that are built on top of a complete and consistent citizen-information repository (A National Database) in order to facilitate a more intelligent decision-making process when it comes to citizen inspection for illegibility and aid funds calculation.
The solution collects and cleanses data with different format from relevant operational systems, like Ministry of Interior and the Public Security Department, and then transforms this data into social-care intelligence data, like: social status, annual income, personal and family possessions, etc. This data is easily accessed by system users through interactive analytical views that assist decision makers in Aid Granting entities - like the National Aid Fund Department and Zakat Fund Department- to better determine eligibility of applicants, as well as the nature and size of the provided aid.
Bayanat NAAS has been successfully deployed at the Coordination Commission for Social Solidarity in Jordan (CCSS). CCSS direction was to cleanse and consolidate the Salary Allocation and Aid Management data in one centralized database to improve and unify the National Aid Funds process across the different directorates and corporations in the Kingdom. The main objective was to support a more transparent and informative decision-making process that is based on one version of the truth. This project aimed at better controlling National Aids budgets to utilize the available funds in a more efficient and effective manner.
NAAS provides the following functions:
Citizen Inspection Functions
Business Intelligence Functions
