In line with Bank of Jordan’s Digital Transformation roadmap, and in compliance with the Banking Sector latest technology standards and regulations, it was the BoJ’s direction to install and operate Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and Talent Management in Jordan & Palestine to have a complete solution connecting every human resource process from hire to retire.
The key objective of this project was to enable BoJ to upgrade and improve their HCM operations by implementing Oracle Cloud HCM and Talent Management while applying the latest technologies to offer their human resources a more enhanced, well-orchestrate and empowering Employee Experience.
