In efforts to develop and enhance their back-office operations, and to ensure compliance with the CBJ regulations; it was Jordan Islamic Bank’s (JIB) vision to install and operate Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle HCM applications in a hybrid model (on Cloud and On-Premise).
The project went in line with the Bank’s Digital Transformation vision to adopt cutting-edge technologies that provide greater agility, higher performance, and scalability; and enables them to effectively manage their resources and workforce while fostering a more intelligent decision-making process along the way.
