Jordan Insurance Federation (JoIF) made great progress in improving their citizen services;  JoIF launched their new platform that provides a group of new business functionalities and integrates insurance services between Insurance Providers, and the Drivers and Vehicles Licensing Department. The platform also integrates Insurance services with Amman Municipality and Jordan Customs.

This is a major step towards digitally transforming the car insurance process, and opening the door for more innovative services that provide enhanced citizen experiences.
