Based on a track record of success, between Jordan Ahli Bank and Bayanat, Jordan Ahli Bank selected Bayanat to develop new business components focused on extending the Human Capital  System services to Ahli Bank employees. Bayanat is assigned to develop JAB provident fund, training, and health insurance modules and having it fully integrated with existing JAB processes.

During the coming nine months, JAB will:

- Develop standard-based provident fund and health insurance systems

- Implement Oracle Learning management system

- Integrate the new services into JAB successfully operational HCM system
